19 times I have tried to do a "System Restore" but it keeps saying it couldn't do it. Also, the blue line just flies from one side to the other in two seconds. Then it comes back on with the above message.Also, I cannot delete anything from my "Add or remove Programs"
Should I take it to the shop do you think, or is there a way to totally empty it, and start agian?
