Sorry for the senior moment....it's just one of the three million or so I have in my personal collection

Can someone tell me how I put a gif file - animated or otherwise - in the signature on my profile?

Now that the dratted rat has gone ....HURRAY!!!.....I feel the need to replace it with something a tad nicer.

I'm presuming that the gif is online somewhere?

is so then just copy the following code into the Signature area:

[img]http://www.linktoyourimage.com/picture.gif[/img]

And that should show the image...

I was hoping to use a gif file on my computer, but I guess I can't use it?

If that's the case, I'll just have to have a rethink.
