I've never heard of a monitor taking that long to come on!! Think it has a problem.

It seems to print out if I put in 1 sheet of paper at a time - a bit of a pain but I did get the bits I wanted printed!! If I put a lot of paper in it makes a clunk and puts through a whole load of paper!! I have checked the setting is for paper and not envelopes.

Sorry, a better suggestion is to go into your inbox. Then click on inbox at the top left to get your other folders etc. You will have one headed deleted items, and you should be able to click on anything you still want in there.

Don't know if this will help or not but if you go into Outlook and then click on Edit
you can scroll down to Empty deleted items. You don't want to delete them but there must be a way to retrieve them if they are there.
